I'm a San Francisco–based writer, recipe developer, cookbook author and publisher of the award-winning food blog Cooking with Amy. I have worked with major brands including California Avocados, California Milk Advisory Board, Dannon, Grocery Outlet, Hungry Jack, Keurig, Nasoya, T-fal, USA Pears, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board and Whole Foods, My focus is on impressive consumer recipes that are quick, easy and healthful, but also on trend.
In addition to writing cookbooks and developing recipes for clients, I write for food, travel and lifestyle publications including Afar, Cheers, CleanPlates, Epicurious, Fodor's, Food Network, KQED's Bay Area Bites, Plate, and Tasting Table .
